Purpose of contact
Please clearly explain why you are contacting me. Messages with a clear purpose, proposal, question or project are much easier for me to review and respond to.
Instagram as the first contact
Instagram is my preferred and easiest way to make first contact. If your message concerns a serious collaboration, media enquiry, business proposal or something that requires more detail, I may ask you to continue the conversation by email.
Short or unclear messages
Very short messages such as “Hi”, “How are you?”, “Are you Deaf?” or messages without a clear reason for contacting me may not receive a response. I receive different messages and cannot promise to reply to every casual conversation.
Respectful communication
Please communicate respectfully. Different opinions are welcome, but insults, harassment, aggressive behaviour, discrimination, threats or deliberately offensive messages are not accepted.
Spam and repeated messages
Spam, advertising without permission, repeated unwanted messages or continuously sending the same message may be ignored. If I have not replied, you may send one polite reminder after some time, but repeated pressure is not acceptable.
Blocking
Accounts sending abusive, threatening, hateful, sexually inappropriate or persistent unwanted messages may be blocked immediately without further discussion.
Collaborations and proposals
If you are contacting me about a collaboration, media project, travel project, photography, video, event or another serious proposal, please explain what you are proposing, who you represent and what you expect from me. I decide individually whether a proposal is suitable for me.
Response time
I do not guarantee an immediate response or a specific response time. I may be travelling, working, training or focusing on other projects. A delayed response does not necessarily mean that your message has been rejected.
Email is mainly intended for important, detailed or formal communication. I may ask you to move a conversation from Instagram to email when more information, documents or detailed arrangements are required.
Mutual respect
My goal is to keep communication open, clear and respectful. If you contact me with a genuine reason and communicate respectfully, your message is welcome.
